I can not thank you and your team enough for making it a memorable day for our little Mary. I think she would have been proud of us all. The service that you lead made many of us shed a tear it was so kind and considerate of you, you even choked my husband when you bowed and took your hat off at the side of Mary this was just beautiful. The day was just so perfect and the doves arrived back home safely and the balloons were released.
Gary in my mind, has the perfect manner in handling the need of the bereaved and I felt I just had to let you know how grateful I, and the family, are for his availability at all times and that the funeral details were planned to perfection on the day.
Just a little note to say thank you so much for all your help when organising our Granny’s funeral, it made our decision making a little easier being able to use your experience. On the actual day, your support and guidance was much needed, you don’t really realise how much it’s going to hit you until you start going through the motions on the day! We both felt reassured that you were there and in complete control whilst remaining calm and always so respectful to our Granny. Thank you for everything Gary, you helped us to get it right!
I just wanted to say a massive thankyou to you and your team for everything you did with regards to my Mothers’ Funeral. In addition, I would also like to thank you personally for your kindness and support you gave my father. His daily visits were a great comfort to him in allowing him to say good bye to the love of his life in his own way. “A perfect Funeral”. She would be so proud.
